What sizes are available for your fine art prints?
Each fine art print is currently offered in a single size for the launch collection. We look forward to offering additional sizes in the future!
How should I care for my fine art print?
Each print is securely packaged with a backing board and sleeve. For long-term preservation, frame it behind UV-protective glass, keep it out of direct sunlight, and display in a cool, dry place.
Shipping
How long does shipping take within Canada?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 within Canada. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because each print is carefully packaged, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive?
If your order is damaged or lost, please email hello@fullartalchemist.com within 7 days. We'll help with a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
