Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
We currently ship within Canada only.

• $10 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50. 
• Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (before taxes).

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Issues
Once your package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit. If you experience any issues, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number.
